Through hands-on practice and guided ritual, we’ll deepen our relationship with the more-than-human world and explore how flowers can serve as mirrors, messengers, and portals for emotional, spiritual, and energetic healing.

Together, we’ll:

• Work with flower essences and plant spirit allies as tools for insight, realignment, and remembrance

• Create personal floral altars from locally gathered natural materials: petals, leaves, stones, and more

• Use floral oracle cards to receive intuitive guidance and deepen our practice of listening

• Explore rituals such as intentional tea drinking, floral baths, and nature walks as acts of quiet reconnection

• Learn how to work with flower-based remedies like tinctures and oxymels with reverence and presence
